Borage is a beautiful cottage flower/herb that just sorta self-seeds it wherever it wants to be that year. |
A beautiful new kind of miniature-leaved purple
basil we grew this year. I sure wish I could remember what it was
called. *scratches head* |
This is a teeny portion of our lemon balm bed,
after being harvested SEVERAL times. It loves being cut, and just
comes back lusher and fuller than ever. |

|
Donna's arch-nemesis - NETTLE! (Okay, she loves what it does for her hair...but can't get along with it in her garden! It likes to bite her). |
Beautiful fall-blooming clematis. |
|
Our neighbor's corn crop, just about ready for harvest. |
Red-hot peppers ready for harvest and drying. |
|
A view of the back side of our shop - to the left is the prairie area. |
A Maximillian Sunflower - native to our area. These are really tall - these are the tall yellow flowers you see in the picture on the left. |
