Grandpa and Mom at the still

Maggie's Grandpa (with help from Donna) built her this new really cool still table! We got the still running for the first time this year on May 27th - comfrey was our first distillation.

jake on the flowerbed Donna's sidekick Jake, lounding ON the flowerbed. Some help he is!
water lily The water lilies have started blooming in Donna's teeny pond. Now, if we could only keep the dogs from swimming in here...

random perennials A random, yet pretty, arrangemnt of perennials by our pond. Some irises and a perennial geranium (cranesbill).

ferocious sassy

.Sassy, one of our shop cats, guarding the plants. (He's not really ferocious, we just happened to snap a photo of him looking that way!)

chives in bloom

Chive dip, anyone?

patient mokey

Okay, so these two aren't exactly garden pictures, but they do illustrate our life as a family-run business! :) This is what happens when you have an unattended, onery 4 year old nephew/grandson, 2 VERY patient Dobermans, and a bottle of our baby powder.

patient duncan

Donna and Maggie weren't paying too much attention to Toby until he said to us, "Look what I did to them!". We found two glumly patient dogs thoroughly COVERED in our Bottom's Up baby powder! Oh well....it's natural, and it sweeps up very easily! :)
